Fear is a monster and it smells the stench of itself on its victims before it moves in for the kill, it devours anything or anybody that bears its mark, it can never harm you if you don’t allow it to, fear deals a blow on you when you give in to it.

A lot of people are afraid of the unknown and it restricts them from doing things that will make them better people, the EGO is what makes people afraid to harness their God-given skills, gifts, or talents to reach their greatest potential in life. They limit themselves to fear rather than try and see. If you don’t try, how else will you find out if you can do it or not? you become a failure by default.

The fear of things like; who will love me if I let go of an abusive partner?

Who will take care of me if I finally muster the courage to leave somebody who takes me for granted?

The fear of going into a business or career because of what people will say if I fail.

The fear of what will happen if you take a calculated risk. Life itself is a big risk, and that is the reason why they call these things, life challenges, the challenges are not meant for the dead.

Fear is the reason why so many talents, dreams, and potentials have been taken to the grave without creating an impact on the world, the fear of what people will think or say about you does not affect you in any way, those people who have time to analyze other peoples lives do so because they are nothing compared to you, and they can never do what you do the way you do it, the best way to fend of fear is to give it the benefit of the doubt, look it in the face and tell it you can never be harmed, it will lose its effect on you immediately.

It will be wicked of you to deny the world your gift, skill, or talent and take it to your grave with you, simply because you are too afraid to unravel it to the world, you are a “BIG COWARD”.

Fear of the unknown has killed so many dreams and relationships more than cancer and malaria combined.

Face your fears, that is the only way you can conquer them.
